The goal of the “Sports Nutrition” training course at our training center is to develop an understanding of the appropriate nutritional diet suitable for exercising or sports training to promote health, energy and adaptations for sportive people while practicing sport. The “Sports Nutrition” training course is given within 2 months.

Objectives:

The main objectives for the "Sports Nutrition" training courses at our training center are:
 

  • Learn about broad metabolic concepts, including the sources of energy for the working muscle during exercise.

  • Develop understanding of the macronutrient principles of sports nutrition for various types of athletes based on their objectives, particularly in terms of energy and recovery.
